Color Therapy

We are effected by the world around us. The outside world, people and our home environment all contribute to our ongoing wellness and balance. Eastern traditions have long known that something as simple as the color in a room can produce influence on a persons mood or disposition. Wearing certain colors can bring out qualities or energies to influence others or shift the energy of an interaction.

In recent years more research and study has gone into the work surrounding Color Therapy and its use in healing practices. In this case a person places themselves in front of different colored light for a period of time to assist in healing a physical or emotional issue. Since Grace was open to all approaches that might provide help with degenerative eye disease, she explored if Color Therapy might contribute to her work. She felt that it did and is a reason why it remains as a core element to the program.

Included here are studies and reviews exploring this interesting and dynamic practice.
